Leadership Development for Nonprofit Professionals

More recently, we have offered a new service for younger managers on the way up. The Executive Service Corps, supported by a management training tool developed by Centerpoint for Leaders, can enhance the skill set of emerging nonprofit executives and leaders in your organization.

We can fill the gaps in leadership training and skills, identifying those gaps through an on-line assessment tool. Following the individual assessments, each employee works on those identified areas through one-on-one mentoring. Agency-nominated emerging leaders complete an initial skills assessment at the beginning of the program. The assessment identifies the curriculum lessons that best fit the growth areas of the employee. There are 58 modules that could be identified. Here is a sample of those included.

Clients to date include The Family Conservancy, Catholic Charities- Coalition for YOuth Development, Boys and Grils Clubs of Greater Kansas City, LINC, MOCSA, Community of the Good Shepherd, the Parkinson Foundation of the Heartland, Planned Parenthood and El Centro.
