In ESC's short history we have been a valuable resource to many community organizations. We helped create the first Hispanic art gallery in Kansas City. We have identified over 200 new jobs for the developmentally disabled. We have identified more than one-half million dollars in cost savings at client agencies. In total, we have impacted over 15,000 service recipients in our first eight years. And the list goes on.

One of the keys to our success is our low cost structure and resulting low billing rate. The typical management consulting firm sets its billing rates at 2-3 times consultant salaries and benefits. Our consultant salaries and benefits are zero and we pass this along to our clients! This results in less expense to the client. Perhaps more importantly, it allows our consultants to stay involved in a project from start to finish, no matter how long it takes. This is very good for the client.

We believe we have an admirable record and are proud of what we have accomplished.

Our capabilities are limited only by the pool of talent among our volunteers. As shown later, they are a talented group!
